Exit Holdings, L.L.C. is a newly formed company with headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. founded in 2003. Exit Holdings, L.L.C. is managed by a small, but dedicated, team of individuals committed to our mission, which is to provide quality product and service to our customers.

We have begun production of a new rodenticide, VARGON® approved for use on Richardson’s and Wyoming ground squirrels. VARGON ® is non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally friendly and safe to use around children and pets. Our production and distribution facility is located in Orland, Ca. where we are capable of producing large quantities of VARGON ® to meet the demands of our customers.
