The VARGON® application kit is easy to assemble and use. The application kit is designed to fit in the bed of most trucks or be carried on a trailer behind a quad or tractor. The application kit is available as a complete unit or as individual components. The application kit was specifically designed for use with VARGON® rodenticide.

VARGON® is a rodenticide sold as a liquid concentrate in 1 gallon containers. Each container is then mixed with 24 gallons of water to produce 25 gallons of field solution.

VARGON® is applied into the ground squirrel burrows through a pump and hose assemble.

The volume of the tank is 100 gallons and is standard with the VARGON® application kit. The tank fits easily into the back of a pick up or on a trailer. It is equipped with an internal pick-up tube on the outlet to ensure all of the field solution will be used during application. It is equipped with a shut off and a garden hose fitting.

The SHUR-Flo pump is a 12-volt demand pump producing 3.0 gallons per minute with shutoff at 45 psi. It can be connected to the vehicle battery or run off the cigarette lighter. Included with the pump are alligator clamps and a cigarette lighter plug. All hoses and fittings pictured are supplied.

The application kit also includes a standard hose reel and 100 feet of ½” hose.

The marker cones are designed to mark the ground squirrel burrows and contain the ground squirrels in the burrows as VARGON® is applied. The cones have a hole in the small end and smaller holes part way up the body to allow VARGON® foam to completely fill the burrow.

A 3-gallon per minute aspirating nozzle with an extended barrel is required to produce VARGON® foam and deliver it into the burrow. Shut-off’s are standard on all nozzles.
